Priorien is a product of M/S Priorien Technologies, the legal seller of the Priorien service.

Access to Priorien is intended to be provided on a subscription basis to registered organisations. Availability of specific features may change before launch.

Customers are expected to be responsible for the accuracy of the business information they provide and for reviewing recommendations before approving them.

Customers control which Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts are connected to Priorien and may disconnect them at any time. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership or billing responsibility for that account to Priorien.

Priorien never changes your advertising automatically. Every recommendation waits for your approval before any action is taken.

Customers are expected to use Priorien only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.

Pricing and billing terms have not yet been finalised. This section will be completed before a paid subscription becomes available.

Priorien and its underlying technology remain the property of M/S Priorien Technologies. Customers retain ownership of their own business data.

Priorien is under active development. Availability, features and supported platforms may change before and after launch.

Priorien is expected to reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or non-payment. Exact terms will be confirmed by legal review before launch.
