Subscription cancellation
Customers are expected to be able to cancel a Priorien subscription at any time from their account settings. Exact mechanics will be confirmed once a paid subscription is available.
Access after cancellation
What happens to a customer's access and data after cancellation has not yet been finalised. This section will be completed before a paid subscription becomes available.
Refund requests
Whether and under what circumstances a refund may be issued has not yet been finalised. This section will be completed by legal review and does not commit to any refund at this time.
Billing errors
Customers are expected to be able to report a suspected billing error for review. The process for handling billing errors will be confirmed once billing is available.
Plan changes
How upgrades, downgrades and plan changes are handled has not yet been finalised.
Paused subscriptions
Whether a subscription can be paused rather than cancelled has not yet been finalised.
