Draft for review — not yet effective.
This is a pre-launch structural draft describing how Priorien is intended to handle information. It has not been finalised by legal review and is not yet in effect.
Legal entity
Priorien is a product of M/S Priorien Technologies.
Information collected
Priorien may collect information you provide directly, such as account and business details, and information from the advertising accounts you choose to connect, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
How information may be used
Information is intended to be used to generate recommendations, show results and operate your Priorien account. Priorien does not sell customer data, and does not disclose one customer's data to another customer.
Advertising-platform data
Access to a connected advertising account is controlled by you. Priorien only requests the access needed to generate recommendations and results, a connection can be removed at any time, and no action affecting a connected account is taken without your approval.
Service providers
Priorien is expected to rely on infrastructure and service providers to operate the product. Specific providers have not yet been finalised for this section and will be confirmed by legal review before launch.
Data retention
Exact retention periods have not yet been finalised. This section will be completed by legal review before launch.
Security
Priorien is designed around tenant isolation, so that one customer's data and connections remain separate from another's. Specific security certifications, if any, will be confirmed by legal review before launch.
Customer rights
Customers are expected to have rights over their own information, including the ability to review, correct and remove it. The exact mechanism and any regulatory basis will be confirmed by legal review before launch.
International processing
Whether and where information may be processed outside your country has not yet been finalised. This section will be completed by legal review before launch.
